Code of conduct

The shared values of the room.

House of 434 is small by design. These are the values that make it a room worth returning to. By accepting an invitation, you agree to honor them.

  • 01

    Discretion

What is shared in the room stays in the room. No recordings, no quotes, no LinkedIn posts about what someone said over breakfast. Half-formed ideas are welcome here because they are safe here.

  • 02

    Generosity

Bring your real thinking, your open questions, and your introductions. The room compounds when people give before they take.

  • 03

    Substance

Speak from experience, not posture. Ask the harder question. Let silence sit. The conversation we are building is not a panel.

  • 04

    Respect

Different backgrounds, different views, one room. We listen carefully, disagree directly, and never make it personal. Harassment or discrimination of any kind ends a membership immediately.

  • 05

    Privacy

We do not share attendee lists, contact details, or guest names outside the room without permission. Referrals are made with care.

  • 06

    Long-term thinking

House of 434 is not a networking event. We are here for relationships and ideas that compound over years, not quarters.

If something feels off — a moment in the room, a message afterward, anything at all — please write to hello@houseof434.com. We take every note seriously.
